Since she was a teenager, Linnéa Cart-Lamy has been acting on screen. At age of 13 she was casted as one of the leading roles in acclaimed director Ruben Östlunds feature movie Involuntary (De Ofrivilliga). Ever since, Linnéa has been drawn to the big screen.
When she was 18 she was awarded "best actress" at Novemberfestivalen, for her role Mickan in the short movie Unruly (Banga Inte). One of the jurors was the acclaimed director and screenwriter Björn Runge.
But her acting is not only limited too the silver screen. Since 2023 she has been voice acting for documentaries at Swedish Radio, where she has played everything from a mourning spouse, to a prison guard to a woman married to a pedophile.
At the moment, Linnéa is taking her acting skills further, educating herself at the famous Calle Flygare Teaterskola in Stockholm. She also plays one of the significant roles in upcoming feature movie Death of a Beekeper (Biodlaren), alongside famous Swedish actors Adam Lundgren and Marika Lindström. The film is set to premiere in early 2026.
