From a very young age, Edith was put in various performing art classes. She spent several years as a kid playing piano and dancing jazz. In high school, she was part of the school’s choir and played trumpet in the school’s orchestra, while learning various new style of dance. During a school trip to a music contest in New York, she fell in love with musical theatre and decided to dedicate her life to performing arts. From that moment, she decided to study dance, and obtained a college diploma in ballet and modern dance at the Cégep de Saint-Laurent (Montreal) and then graduated from the Randolph College for the Performing Arts (Toronto) in musical theatre. After returning from Ontario, she worked as a choreographer, director, dance teacher, but mostly as a theatre coach for musical theatre students and singers, and as an actress. Edith has participated in documentaries, web series and music videos as an actress and dancer. She was also part of the dance troupe of the samba school that has been crowned "Best Dance School" at the 2018 Latins Awards Canada. Edith wishes to inspire many to pursue their dreams, and help the next generations in becoming better artists, passing the torch of creativity and cutting-edge work ethic.
